If I execute a query in EDBMgr (v2.12 B2) and then drag the horizontal splitter bar that separates the SQL from the results, down past the very bottom of the screen to hide the results pane, there is no way to get the results pane visible again. I can try and drag the horizontal splitter back up which should increase the vertical size of the results pane, but dragging the splitter does nothing. The top of the results pane is locked to the very bottom of the window. It appears to have snapped down there and is unable to budge. Closing an reopening EDBMgr does not solve the problem.

The only way to solve the problem is to edit the EDBMgr.ini file and change "Bottom Panel Top" to a smaller number like "238". Below is the layout that obscures the results pane.

I'm getting 2.13 B3 ready, and I can't reproduce this issue with either the
ANSI or Unicode EDB Manager (2.13 B2).  Both allow me to grab the splitter
and move it back up after moving it down to the bottom of the SQL window.
