I have the Win 8.1 64bit version, Slovak language

Always if start the EWB 2 I have the same error messages.
I see it from version EWB 2 build 4. Always the same problem.  

Yes, it is this what I get when I first open EWB2.
All the time from build 4.

Obviously we can't help much, but I suggest you talk directly to Tim on
the support email. The first thing I'd want to see is the directory
tree for your "Program Files" directory with the software installed,
and make sure that the WebCore and other files are present. My
suspicion would be that the path is odd in some way, or can't be found,
etc.

In attach I send you directory tree from TotalCommander.
The webcore library is in Library directory and the library path are OK in environment options.

I suspect that the issue is with the string comparisons and your copy of
Windows OS.  They're probably returning weird values.  As I said via email,
if you still have this issue with the next build 8, then I'll do a custom
debug build for you that we can use to figure out what's going on.

I try EWB 2 build 9 at two different PC's. But results are the same.
I have OS: Win 8.1, Slovak, 64 bit.
