Hi Tim,

EWB2 had a FTP deployment option.  EWB3 doesn't seem to have this so does that mean it won't be added to the final release?

Correct.  EWB 3 performs its own deployment using EWB Web Server API calls that avoids much of the issues with FTP, and is more efficient.

These calls can be implemented in other web servers using things like PHP, but you would have to manually code them in the back end.

I'm going to convert all of my PHP code to EWB server modules so it won't be a problem.  

I was going to ask you about deploying applications once they have been completed, but then I watched the rest of the video you produced and saw the wonderful migration feature.  I tend to nod off after a while when watching tutorials. Smile
