Alvaro | Hello everyone, I was testing the installation of the modules for Delphi XE3. When uninstalling them, the IDE started throwing the error that the web server cannot be initialized with an internal credential loading error. Attached to your effects a screenshot of the error.
Until the uninstallation, I had no problems inside the IDE. Search the EWB3 forum but did not find matches with the error I am reporting. Thanks Attachments: Start_IDE_EWB3.JPG |

The build system is being a little too broad about what it includes with the modules installation, and is including the certificate installation/removal when it shouldn't be. Thanks ! Alvaro | Hello, I have uninstalled EWB3 and Modules, I have cleaned the auxiliary folders (I think all of them), where it saves the examples and the ini files, I have verified the Windows registry and the certificate store. I figured I could do a clean install of EWB3, but I still get the same error.
It is installed on a Win7 Pro updated to date. |

Alvaro | Hi:
It is as Walter says, if I install EWB3 as administrator, I must run as administrator, just like with the generation of the certificate manually. <As normal user I ran ewbcert and localhost exists - I ran to remove and it siad it did - but testing again siad it was still there. So I ran command prompt as administrator and removed the cert and it was now removed. I uninstalled ewb 3. I reinstalled as a normal user. As a normal user ther cert is there. But when I start the IDE as normal user it fails. SO I restarted as Administrator - it worked. As normal user - fails. Starting As Administrator works.> I don't know if it should be like that, but it works like that. Thanks |

<< I don't know if it should be like that, but it works like that. >> Beautiful, thanks. I now know what the issue is. I'm going to change the installation of the localhost certificate so that it installs in the local machine store, and that should correct the issue with the certificate not being available for non-administrator users.
