Yes the mobile app is EWB wrapped in a native apps (iOS and Android) that access the URL.

which i am very interesting in, can you please share some hints (is it
made with ewb, third party integration or something else?)

Yes, the scheduler was made with EWB.

Would you like to share some info about how it's made, custom grid or a
whole new component?
