I'am using a dataset (query)  in EWB and it is for 100% sure that in certain cases no matching records are retrieved.  

Nevertheless in the Afterload of the dataset I see that te rowcount is giving result = 1.

If 1 record is retrieved the rowcount returns 1 and if 2 records are retrieved the rowcount returns 2;  So these are OK.

DBISAM version 4.44 build 2
EWB version 2.06 build 11

Could this be a bug?

I remember a similar problem in one of my first apps. At that time I was using an own webserver and the problem was related to the response of that webserver (it returned a record with NULL values instead of nothing).

Which webserver are you using?

How does the JSON result look like when you execute the request in a browser window?

Do you close the Dataset before you call LoadRows?

Use Fiddler to see the response returning from the server - you will the contents of the reeturnign JSON.

Is this reproducible ?  If so, then please reduce it to a sample project and send it to me along with the relevant DBISAM tables.
