There's a new feature in my ever growing toolkit: a stack trace for default exception handling.

It tells you which functions were called leading to the current problem.  So when users report an error, there is something they can quote.

I have a lot of ideas, but asking Tim to implement all of them would delay the next release.  This toolkit gives me
a way to get those features without adding delays.
