I have a component that inherits from TLabel and has an identical, very simple interface. I want the component to be laid out at Top Left and word-wrap within the parent. I cannot seem to get this to work with any obvious combination of the autosize, layout and format (wrap) properties.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

It almost seems as if there's an issue with the (newish) autosize functionality?

There have been a couple of thread on this.  You need to turn AutoSize off.
