Until Tim has the time to add screen size testing tools, I found useful this "Responsive Design Testing" one (two files of 4 KB each, index.html and responsive.js):
I put the two files in the same Output folder with my application, activate EWS and browse to localhost/index.html (the tool) and when there I browse through its address line to localhost, which serves my app in five frames of 240, 320, 480, 768 and 1024 pixels widths.
Not the best solution in the World but quite useful, for many others too I hope.

Pphht! I just have my customers phone me to say "I can't scroll to the payment button". Soon makes you fix things. 8-)
Who knew people had such small screens?
