I installed RAD Studio 10B (Delphi Win32) webserver modules, but I miss the datasetmodule example project.The folder is empty. Can I find the example somewhere else?

It's now called "databasemodule" and should be part of main EWB install.

If you have not done so already start EWB and goto Help->Install Example
Applications

Samples should be then under your users documents folder in "Elevate Web
Builder 2\Projects"

For example in my case it's in "C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Elevate
Web Builder 2\Projects\databasemodule"
