Put a TBasicPanel on a form.
Put a TLink on the panel. Set the layout position to TopRight, stretch
to bottom. The text is in the middle of the panel vertically.  Run. The
text is at the top of the panel.

Is there a way to fix this so it is in the middle at runtime too?

Is "line-height" related? the generate html has no line-height property.

I don't know. If it was the same at runtime I could adjust padding, but
perhaps Tim might have insight.
