erick, >I just checked out the sample. Great! Note: I haven't perfected it yet. Single lists work great, but mixing data from multiple lists - I haven't figured out why they don't work. I've single stepped through the library with the debugger until I got lost in their javascript. It doesn't seem to accept my "group" names. I'm SO close... Trinione | Erick,
There are others which may be easier to integrate. I'll research a few. erickengelke wrote: > Note: I haven't perfected it yet. After some work, I got SortableJS working pretty nicely with multiple lists. This will be very useful. https://erickengelke.com/nice/samples.html See Sortables on the right hand list. Erick EWB Programming Books and Component Library http://www.erickengelke.com |

Trinione | Erick,
Looks pretty good! It certainly will be quite useful. There are a few other useful things EWB lacks which are needed. Shall contact you on this. Regards, TriniOne erickengelke wrote: After some work, I got SortableJS working pretty nicely with multiple lists. This will be very useful. |

Trinione | Erick,
EWB desperately needs a more modern and powerful grid. Would Tabulator be straightforward to add to Nice Components? http://www.tabulator.info/ |

Frappe has a problem that it doesn't seem to allow sorting to work with specific data types, like money. So 1,000,000 < 133 < 14 because they are string values. This flaw is evident in all their examples. Tabulator is certainly much more flexible and capable, at version 5.x, it handles the above problem very nicely. But boy does it look like a lot of work to add. I might consider a subset of the functionality... but this is definitely going to take a lot of time if I do it. I'd really prefer to see native EWB have more the functionality rather than loading in this huge library which is probably overkill.
