It is for me yes (TDataValue.GetJSON Method). The link tries to go to
"es-help://ewb2/JSON_Reference" which is not found.

(only JSON referenmce i can think of is the Dataset JSON reference and
that one is at "es-help://ewb2/Dataset_JSON_Reference" - not sure if
this is what the Usage tries to link to though or if there should be
another JSON reference for tpersistent type property read/write to/from
json).
