No response to my emails about my subscription |

wazza | I realise that this might not be the right place to raise this but as I have not had a response to the three different emails I have sent through to sales@elevatesoft.com, I am unsure how else I can get a response.
My subscription is about to expire and I wish to know what a renewal of the subscription entitles me to in relation to the next version of the Web Builder product. I am hoping you will be able to assist. |

I am hoping you will be able to assist. I'm not Elevate Software, but first thing I'd do is check spam filters, and try another sending method. When people send us emails, and we send back, it is quite frustrating to get another email saying "you haven't responded" as there is little we can do. Anyway, my understanding is that Web Builder 2 is a paid upgrade. The subscription doesn't enable a free upgrade, but EWB1 will be maintained for a bit. This was covered by Tim in detail in the Web Builder 2 Preview topic, so it would be worth checking there. -- Matthew Jones |

They have been very prompt every time i have contacted them. My only guess is that your email is getting spam filtered in some way. You can also use one of the support methods (phone etc) to get in touch with them.: http://www.elevatesoft.com/support > My subscription is about to expire and I wish to know what a renewal of the subscription entitles me to in relation to the next version of the Web Builder product. I am hoping you will be able to assist. Subscriptions provide minor release updates only (see http://www.elevatesoft.com/blog?action=view&id=new_support_policy_in_effect). Also see this blog entry for planned EWB2 pricing - at this time i believe these entries to still be correct : http://www.elevatesoft.com/blog?action=view&id=elevate_web_builder_2_pricing_information Raul |
