I tried to switch between themes at runtime. Whatever theme I use: the
initial theme looks fine, all others are completely messed up (the theme
doesn't seem to be loaded at all).

It's not a problem of the themes - I checked that by exchanging them
from initial to included themes.

With IE (and thus within the IDE) everything looks fine.

Anyone can confirm that?

Pretty sure this was discussed way back and is indeed correct. I can't
remember if Tim had a workaround, but I was happy to be single-themed
anyway so I didn't bother looking too hard.
