Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com | Doug,
<< In any case, I do appreciate all of the work you have done and continue to do, along with the level of support you provide. >> I was just messing with you, but thank you. << Perhaps in the future it would be helpful to have some sort of publicly visible (registered users only) voting system for 'wish list' components? Although I'm sure you have a pretty good idea what those are based on customer requests... >> The big problem with EWB1 was simply the amount of time and effort involved with creating a control. That time is a fraction of that now with EWB2, so expect the pace of the control creation to step up quite a bit. Put it this way: if a control only needs mouse/touch support, and not focus/keyboard support, then there's a good chance that it can be completed within a couple of hours, and quite a few in just a half hour or so. Most of the "gee whiz" controls available for JS are in the former, not latter category. Many completely ignore the existence of the keyboard... Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
