Juergen Goretzki | Hello,
I've got a problem with the TLink-component. Here is what I want to do: I have a grid with files and paths. I click the file (in the grid) I want to download and it changes the URL property of the TLink-component. Now I click the TLink-component and it opens a "Save as"-dialog. So far so good, it works with paths to directories below the page (e.g. testproject/downloads/Testfile.doc). But if I want to set a path to a network drive (or a local drive for that matter) e.g. F:\Downloads\Testfile.doc it won't work. The URL is correctly set (in my example file:///F:/Downloads/Testfile.doc ) but the TLink component won't open the URL. I hope you can help me with this problem, I've been sitting at it for quite a while. The URL works if I copy it in a new tab, but the TLink component won't execute it. With best regards |
