Hi. Is it possible to place Object Inspector to the right side of the screen ? And Project and Data Manager to the left ? Or make panels floating ? With the default IDE layout I'm unable to use the product, because the workspace doesn't correspond to my Delphi IDE, sadly. Thank you.

I would, jokingly, suggest that you can fix this by changing Delphi back to the
"normal" layout. It will then correspond. 8-)

i can see that this would be quite "jarring" if you were used to the alternative
long term, but I don't think it is currently possible. Perhaps Tim has some magic
for this though...

Well, after many years of using my "custom" Delphi layout (and knowing many others) I'm afraid I can't start using different workspace without losing productivity I expect that this will not be the problem for Tim, because as the minimal solution can be used switch "Inverted IDE layout", for instance

I just hope, Tim will NOT invest to much time in such fancy
customizing stuff of the IDE. I think there are too many other things,
that would make EWB a better product.

Christian, I understand that you don't support feature request for some else, but this doesn't imply this is a fancy request for others. Basic IDE customization support is a standard expectation for such products, IMHO.

It will eventually be possible to do so, but the current situation will
probably be that way through the end of the year.  IDE/code editor
improvements are being sprinkled in here and there, but the major stuff is
still "on the list".
