Matthew Jones | Tim has discussed the use of the server, and how you can register alternative
servers, previously. It is worth going back over those. Also try the pages in the normal browser to see if you can access them. The "unable to bind" error is because there is already a server on that port. You will find the CMD command "netstat -ano" useful, as it tells you the processes that are listening on the port. You can then use task manager to see the process numbers to work out which is which. /Matthew Jones/ |

Dan Fiscalsoft | Hi Carlos,
This may not exactly fix your problem, but I wanted to present an option that you may find helpful. First, I'd check your output folder and make sure that everything compiles correctly. If so, you can just open your html file through the browser of your choice. Secondly, I run a virtual testing server using VirtualBox (https://www.virtualbox.org/) and Ubuntu Server (http://www.ubuntu.com/download/server). I can easily deploy to my virtual server then browse to my project by using the server's local IP. This allows me to quickly deploy, and then test my projects through all 3 major browsers (Chrome, FireFox and IE). Hope you get it all sorted out. -Dan |

Thanks Problem SOLVED This is what I did Proxy setting in my browser was causing the problem. In IE I went to Tools-Internet Options-Connections-LAN Settings-Advanced (under proxy server)-added "localhost" to exceptions. Click on yes to the message that pops up and ok. Done Thanks to all |
