I have three panels, and a common OnMouseEnter / OnMouseLeave event. They are on a
form that is not the main form, so popped up using ShowModal. The code has a
counter for each, and I am getting about twice as many leaves as enters, and the
enter code is pretty inconsistent. It seems as though moving the mouse slowly
doesn't trigger the Enter event, but a jerky movement does.

Is this a known issue? It happens in both IE and Chrome.

I also added a MouseMove event, and that ticks away happily as I move over the
panels.

Having removed the border, and fitted the panels together, this is a lot less of an
issue. Not sure how Enter/Leave works, so don't know if this is serious.
