I see that there is a TStrings.Remove, but why is there no TStrings.Delete? It is
what I have always used, so I don't understand the difference. If they are
effectively the same, perhaps it could be mirrored?

It has to do with the way the compiler works with internal functions -
there's a conflict with the built-in Delete procedure.  I'll be changing
this at some point so that the scope isn't inverted for built-in system
functions, and then I can introduce a Delete method.
