I have a simple desktop app written in Delphi based on DBISAM database. I would like those data to be seen trough web-builder-app. What do I need to do? Is this possible?

You need to define datasets in the DataSet Manager for all tables/queries
that you want to expose to the EWB application.

So,  existing DBIsam tables on FTP and then EWB will be able t oacces them?

No, unfortunately it is not that simple at all.  Did you read the section on
the dataset architecture ?  It's really hard to explain everything without
just re-explaining what is already in the manual, so it's best that you
understand it first.
