Thread Purchase of Elevate Web Builder

Hi, Tim.

I have been trying to mail you for some time now MAILER-DAEMON refuses me access to your mail server. I get this error message back:

mail.elevatesoft.com #<mail.elevatesoft.com #5.0.0 smtp;554 Transaction failed - cannot correlate SENDER: or FROM: domain to sending mail domain> #SMTP#

So I hope you don' t mind if you get in touch with this way as it is a bit off topic.

I pre-ordered this product a while back and was wondering if it was possiboe to get a beta-version so I can start getting my feet wet before the final release.

Also, I see that the amount $159.00 has been charged to my Visa account. But I need an invoice for my accounts.

Could you also try to send me an email using the address in my user profile

Thom,

if you per-ordered it and purchase has gone thru then pre-release
version is available for download immediately ,

Log into elevate website with the account you purchased under and click
on Download section : current build is from March 20th.

Similarly if look at your account on website and go into purchase
history you can print an invoice

Hi Raul,

That is just the problem. I did not receive any mail regarding the login information so I am unable to log in.
I have an old login name and password from my DBISAM purchase but when I use that I do not see any Web Builder downloads.

Could you send me my Web Builder login information using the email address that is found in my user profile information.

Sorry Thom,

I'm just an end-user just as yourself - these are peer-support forums
though Tim from Elevate Software does read them at least weekly.

If the email keeps bouncing i would suggest contacting Elevate on Skype
ID "elevate.software.inc" or phone +1-716-694-1578 - note that these are
answered during 0900-1700 EST so in your case you need to call end of
day (i'm guessing you're about 6 hours ahead)

You're using a different email address ('europe' in the name) than the one
that you used with your user profile/order.  Therefore, our mail server
performed checks on the email to make sure that it wasn't spam, and it
failed these checks.  I've added this other email address to the "white
list" in addition to the one that you used with your user profile, so you
should be able to send us emails now using that address also.  In general,
if you want to email us without issue, always use the email address that you
used with your user profile on the web site.

You should have received an order acknowledgement with download instructions
for the pre-release version when you ordered.  I've had Sam in sales re-send
you order acknowledgement, just to be sure.

You can print out an invoice on the web site here:

after logging in using the information provided in the order
acknowledgement.
