I have a test combobox pre-populated with items. When I first ran it
with the new build it wouldn't let me select an item. I then set
AllowEdit = false, ReadOnly = false but get an error when I select an
item: "unable to get value of the property 'tdatacolumn_setasstring'..."

Looks like it's expecting to be bound?

Yep, spot on - there's a new build up that fixes this (very basic) problem
and the issue with the non-visual components.
