The components used by the ElevateDB Manager and Server are located in the edbutilcompsdesign.dpk package located in the \utilcomps subdirectory under the main installation directory for the ElevateDB Additional Software and Utilities download (EDB-ADD), which can be downloaded from the following link:

Before trying to recompile the ElevateDB Manager or Server, you should open and install the edbutilcompsdesign.dpk package into the Delphi IDE. Once you have successfully done so, the 'ElevateDB Utilities' component palette page will appear in the Delphi IDE.
