Distribution
The distribution of most Elevate Software products is done via download from the Customers area on this web site (see link above). After you purchase a product you will be given instructions on how to access the Customers area in an order acknowledgement email sent directly to your email address.
Invoicing
By default, all order acknowledgements and related paperwork are sent to you via email. If for any reason you need a printed invoice, you can print one for any order from within the Customers area of this web site (see link above).
