Tim;

Additional  Information server version  4.26b3
Looking at a Post in the NG from  march 31,2008 there is a question about Anti virus software being deployed. I have a query in with the eserver
poeple on that one.
Again This problem just popped up on Monday.  the  PMI folks call it a opportunity, GAWD, I from the  old school where there are problems to
solve;
Server has been up for 2 weeks. Client software has been running for several years

Ok. I just spend a lousy day and evening yesterday looking at my code , just in case something weird readred i;s ugly head.  NOTHING
Server people this morning re-botted the server. All works great. I was told that the re-boot is a MS solution. I think that was tongue in cheek
editorial.

All is now ok in Toy-land

It sounds like something changed in the comms department that was
interfering with the requests/responses to an from the DBISAM Server.  Did
they indicate whether they are using any type of firewall or protection that
is intercepting the comms traffic ?
