From what I've seen of your neck of the woods in photos etc. .. I wouldn't
be complaining <bg> But the South Pacific is a wonderful place that runs at

It has its moments, but it is still part of the "Rust Belt" in the
Northeast, so there are still quite a few industrial corpses lying around.
