Yes this is the right download and you should get a
"439b2dbisamvcltrialrsdelphi2009.exe" file to install.

However trials are shipped as runtime packages only so please see this
article on this :

Hmm, are you building the application with packages enabled? I suspect
a lot of demonstration components require it as the units are in the
package, and not linked in directly.
