I find DBS 2006 to be pretty stable, after applying the follwoing:

Update 2
HotFix 5
Delphi Speedup
Removed references to Together

I still get the occasionall AV on shutdown, but at that point I"m not
to worried.

I did the same and have excellent results....
no AV's on shutdown (so far).

So... does it simply mean that they're repackaging Delphi 7 under the new
name Turbo Delphi?  Wink

I'm with Roy - confused.  :-/

I'm also with Tim - at least it's not enterprise crap.  Wink

Nope.  It means they are repackaging D2006.  D2006/Delphi-Win32,
D2006/Delphi-.Net, D2006/C++-Win32, D2006/C#-.Net.  Isn't this what
lots of folks were asking for after D2006 was released?  With the Turbo
products you can choose to have a single personality IDE.  That will
probably be attractive to lots of folks.  Smart move, IMHO.

I realised yesterday one of the big reasons why I'd like a downgrade to the Turbo version - hopefully it comes with a single personality OLH system.

Even after removing as much as I can there's still a load of poo in there.

Roy,

I finally found a table of contents under the 'Help' menu. How did you
get rid of the stuff you don't need. Nothing jumps at me as a way to
remove or add sections to the help system & customize is just for visual
stuff.
