$5 for Bug Tracking/Software Project Management Software. |

"Lance R." | Thanks for the tip Steve.
I had both a MSDE and a SQL server on a separate computer, so this actually looks to fit my needs. I like the custom reporting. I've heard good things about Sendero Software as well, especially with their using DBISAM. For $5.00 It's worth my time to play around with Ontime and if I don't use it and switch to Sendero, no harm, no foul. Lance Steve Gill wrote: > Check this out. For $5.00 I thought it was definitely worth looking at. I have been looking for a system that includes email integration, ie. it stores all email received from and sent to customers. Email is my main interface with customers so this aspect is critical for me. This is one of the few systems that I have seen that does this (mind you, I haven't actually tried it yet). Also, some systems are way too complicated. I have found that if it's too complex to use you end up not using it. It's got to be quick and intuitive. I've already bought and dumped a couple of other systems that didn't work out. At least if I dump this one too it hasn't cost me much. Regards, Steve |

"Lance R." | Hit the nail on the head there Steve.
While having a lot of features can be great.... Sometimes, having things simple is much better. I too have dumped several products because of complexity or too time consuming. "Scott Martin" | Based on several comments ...
Sendero Software would like to offer a FREE 10 user version to the first 5 users that would like to help make ISMRR easier to use! http://www.senderosoftware.com/index.asp?a=products&pid=6&tfi=Main The offer is to supply a free single user to each person. Once the changes are in place, each user will receive the 10 user version. Always looking to improve our interfaces, I would like to gather comments from user about what you like/dislike about ISMRR and how it functions. We are looking for constructive comments that will be agreed upon by each user. Once approved, it will be implimented and released. Please contact us at support@senderosoftware.com Regards, Scott. If you want to build email in I can help you there. You'd need to buy HTMLEdit from Purposesoft, Addict spell and HTMLViewer (I assume you've got DBISAM and the rest is freeware or mine. Roy Lambert |
