Sure.  And maybeyou can bring me a couple of racing tips so I can improve on
my dismal efforts so far for our company
betting syndicate <bg>

Sorry John I dont give tips but my oldman does.
If you understand dutching then thats what he
and his m8's do.
Three in a race using his dutchcalc that Rita
converted from his IBM Cobolt crap to Delphi.
He claims the rights tho grrrrrrrr.
you enter the decimal odds + 1 so in a normal
race here you see 9/4 7/2 5/1 and such you
would need to enter
3.25 4.5 6.0 including the 1 counts as the
stake in the calculation.
Then the calculator tells you how much to
put on each horse to win a fixed amount.
For his daily offerings you need to be a member
sorry. But todays dutches are

Tuesdays dutches stop at a winner.
################################################
2:50 Yarmouth
Memphis Man, Angel Of Fashion, Croeso Mawr
3:20 Yarmouth
Sairaam, Watch Chain, Rough Rock
4:20 Yarmouth
Shamardal Phantom, Satwa Pearl, Countess Comet
4:50 Yarmouth
Noble Attitude, Nurai, Alhudhud
#################################################

Pinched from his secret dutch site Wink
I would stake his life on it that at least one of the 12 horses
above will win today as most days do.
Since the 28th March he has had one losing day and since
March 2005 he only ever had 2 losing days strung together
he says 10 losses a year I say nine as I have table Wink
The way most people do it is aim to win £25 a day on BetFair
build up a sizeable bank then double up if you hit a losing day
then as in 6 years 2 months there has only been 2 strung together
you just chase the losses a big no no in betting circles but then
this is not normal betting.
so to keep it easy the first race the prices are 9/1 9/1 9/1
so thats 3 decimal 10.0's
So if you stake  £3.57 on each horse in the 1st race to win £25
Total stake before some math grad jumps in and says wrong
there is also BetFair commision to come from them. So to get
the actual £25 profit you need to enter £30 in the amount to
win and you stake £4.29 on each = £12.86  and you get
£40.72 back making £27.86 if you want dead balls accurate
results reintro the 1/2 penny or 1/4 yes Rita remembers them.
New version of DutchCalc due anyday soon so the link will
be sent to you complete with my empty bucket.
Rita

Your oldman was right again.  Watch Chain won the second race.  Shame I
didn't see it till 5 pm <bg>

I guess the bookies must get really pissed off with him!

John get with the program at BetFair you bet against each other
The modern way to gamble, once I figure out their website
then I will find 5 investers to preload mysite with dough and make
a killing.
The database is not a problem the SQL is your job.

As for watch chain would you have done it really 3 in a race
1st race lost you need big erm yes nuts to go to the wire and maybe
next day.
Newbies in the forum always want to change their knicks before the 3rd.
Like Tim they are not gamblers and get into it normaly after the recent
Grand National wetted their appetites.
It doesnt take much to get into staking £500 then thats ok for some most
gamblers would bet their last £500 but would a poor hardworking guy ?
not really their dreams of get rich quick ends in tears.
So 1st aim for a small profit just 25-30 a day over 3 months 1 losing day
would be a bad beat on the 1st day and 2 strung together is rare like
getting a days work outa Prince Philip.
Then you can join the big boys on a £100 a day for 3 months now you
have at least £10k in your account and never look back but dont change
the system some often do.
My 2 bets today on my Betfair tickets. I go for £30 a day Kenneth goes
crazy and he had £5k on Grand national winner dutched at the track by
himself nephew and friend they got 16/1 on the winner that was 85k
back minus the 10k they had split on the other 2 at 16/1.
left a profit of 70k plus just 5k back.
Tax free in uk unlike in usa you have to pay tax on winnings.
Str8 shares on the
On big weeks like that they walked away with 32k each.

Me I dutched the same 3 from home and won £160.
See todays slips

Rita,

<< I HOPE I HAVE ENLIGHTENED YOU TO THE DAY TO DAY USAGE OF YOUR BABY. >>

Actually, yes, thank you. I absorbed most of that, but I think I'll stick to
poker. Smile
