Aage J. | Application built with Delphi/2006 using dbISAM/4.22b6. This program is
a client that talks to a dbISAM server running on Windows/2000SP4. A customer wants to install the application on a virtual Windows Server 2008R2 and use Win7 on clients. Are there any problems to be expected? -- Aage J. |

I have Windows Server 2008R2 running and XP/Win7 mixed clients without any problems. The 64bits environment runs any 32bits (AFAIK) applications without any problems. Eduardo |

I didn't expect/suspect any issues, but as I haven't tried it I thought I should ask. Note that the Win2008R2 server just serves up the application to the Win7 client, it does not run the dbISAM server. -- Aage J. |
