Caspers Microloon | Hello,
Few of our customer who use our DBISAM database create a networkshare using group policy for almost a year by now Microsoft Windows seems to disconnect this share and replace it by exactly the same share. If that is the case, the user needs to restart the program. If the network share is create with net use, there is no problem. Is there some other work arround posible? some system managers wish to keep on using group policy Kind regards |

Walter Matte Tactical Business Corporation | Use UNC naming convention not Mapped Drive Letters. Mapping drive letter is the cause of this and "new features" in Windows 10. https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1139165-windows-10-losing-mapped-drives Walter Caspers wrote: Hello, Few of our customer who use our DBISAM database create a networkshare using group policy for almost a year by now Microsoft Windows seems to disconnect this share and replace it by exactly the same share.
