4.29 and ERROR #8963 BLOB block buffers corrupt in the table |

"Alessandra" | I'm randomly having this error on a specific table from several customers,
which uses the program in a lan environment (no client/server, archives are in file sharing on the main pc and exe is launched from several clients). Which can be the cause? The blob field involved is a memo, used for statistical purposes, and updated automatically at the begininning of the application and on close for recording time elapsed, number of logins etc. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance. |

ok forget it, after a (lot) of search, i found the reason: the program was suddenly terminated, at the end of the execution, from another program, and not always had the time to perform its final operations, and specifically the update of that blob field. As result, the blob could result corrupted. Thanks for your attention, and keep up the good work ^_^ |
