durumdara | Dear Support!
My boss tried to install the DBISAM 3.3 version to WS7. When he tried to use "dbsrvr /install", he got error. I don't know, which message, he said about "some win32" error. He tried with "c:\users\public" to avoid Vista-like problems. He solved this problem with do not using dbsrvr as "service", but using it as normal program. Do you know about "same" problem with the new Windows versions? Thanks for your help: dd |

You need to be running as an administrator in order to make sure that the service can be installed properly. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
