When you start running tests against a new build of DBISAM, you run just one test or one test for each product ? IOW, DBISam for D6 (one test), DBISam for D7 (another test). The problem I have right now with downgrade could be caused because I am using Delphi6 and your main system is Delphi 2007 ? The downgrade (4.25 -> 4.22) solve *ALL* my problems but I don´t want to freeze in this version and I am trying to figure out where is the real problem and sometimes I could ask some weird things.
