Missing BLB Files |

Ian | "I’ve messed up my database. I ran the DB Utility to repair the db. The utility simply says the MyTable.BLB file does not exist and then finishes. Has anyone come up with a slick repair/recovery stragey for this issue? I am currently just having to repair manually by copying in blank .blb files. I would adapt my code to do this automatically if I knew how to identify a .dat that ought to have a .blb. I have a user who deleted the offending AOL anti-spyware but the problem seems to persist. He must have something else going on!! Ian |

Of course, this might promptly get erased again due to the anti-spyware software, so you might want to make sure that it is disabled/removed first. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
