Chris | Hello everyone,
I searched for this topic and found something a few years back for a solution. I am curious to know what is the best solution now. Connection could not be made to the database, make sure the computer the database is located on is running and try again. DBISAM Engine Error 11280 - connect established. There is only one computer on the server that is doing it. Do I need to make a change on the server or just the client? My main question is why would all other clients work just fine, but not one???? Please Help!! Chris |

<< There is only one computer on the server that is doing it. Do I need to make a change on the server or just the client? >> Did you try pinging the database server machine from the problematic client workstation ? That will at least indicate if the client workstation can "see" the database server machine. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
