Right now, I go for about 2 sessions of 5 hours plus another one of 2 or 3 per day. No way to keep that pace forever, but it should work for another 2 or 3 days. After that, I'll take some days off. Refined deathmarch mode. Ralf |

Steve Forbes Team Elevate | Hi Ralf,
> Refined deathmarch mode. Love the term <bg> .. describes perfectly the state I'm in at the moment! I hesitate to mention this, but I'm working on a big project in C# 2.0 and ASP.NET (i.e. VS2005) .. and I am really enjoying it! -- Best regards Steve "Ralf Mimoun" <nospam@rad-on.de> wrote in message news:A3BB2E72-561E-47C7-8CC9-96D11FA7443D@news.elevatesoft.com... > Tim Young [Elevate Software] wrote: >> Ralf, >> >> << Ralf (awake since 19 hours, oops) >> >> >> Wow, you do realize that your programming goes to crap after about 7 >> straight hours ? VS2005 + Chrome is a winning combination, especially for my Pascal brain. I love the Chrome language. When I leave Win32, I know where I am going. I have already been making steps toward it using the ADO.NET provider from ContextSoft, and converting my primary application to client-server. http://chromesville.com/articles/?id={96088A05-FD7C-407B-88BC-8B4DEC0F4BD1} -Johnnie |

Steve Forbes Team Elevate | Hi Johnnie,
Agree 100%, Chrome is brilliant, .. however the project I mentioned will need quite a few contract developers, and C# has a much larger pool to choose from. Incidentally, C# is a great language too. -- Best regards Steve "Johnnie Norsworthy" <jln206@verizon.net> wrote in message news:78900B6B-F490-4DD0-9F2C-4A774D93C90F@news.elevatesoft.com... > "Steve Forbes" <ozmosys@spamfreeoptusnet.com.au> wrote in message > news:0EB7988B-4C26-4E91-AA0F-606B5BC62085@news.elevatesoft.com... >> Love the term <bg> .. describes perfectly the state I'm in at the moment! >> I hesitate to mention this, but I'm working on a big project in C# 2.0 >> and ASP.NET (i.e. VS2005) .. and I am really enjoying it! > > VS2005 + Chrome is a winning combination, especially for my Pascal brain. > I love the Chrome language. > > When I leave Win32, I know where I am going. I think I'm going to fire it up an hour or two a week until I get up to speed more with Chrome. From what I can tell it takes from the best of Pascal and C#. I wish they had more updates to their web sites with new articles. -Johnnie |
