Hannes,

Glad to hear it's not as bad as first interperated, and I agree with Ole
Willy Tuv, that it's to your credit that you're going to the work you are.

I've never used NexusDB, but I have respect for it, just from what I've read
on this NG. You and Tim seem to have a great relationship between you, even
though you are competitors - and that I greatly respect!

Good luck with it all.

Cheers

Adam.

Thanks for that. That has eased my withdrawl symptoms, and should keep me
going for another couple of weeks. Wink

Hey - it is! A lot of us here, are hanging out on any additional information
that we don't know about v5 yet, and you've just given us one! I guess we're
waiting for DBISam like kids wait for Christmas- all excited and that. Smile

Cheers

Adam.

Can one assume the component names and unit names will not change?

Hannes,

So am I, and I owe the Nexus group an apology for spreading FUD
about that point release.

Robert,

One cannot.  There are quite a few units now, and the names of the
components and unit names have changed.  As stated previously, this is a
rewrite in a lot of areas.  The whole thing is much more modular.

Hannes,

<< Tim, haven't talked to you in ages now. Good luck with V5 and I'll drop
you a mail in the next few days. >>

I wish it seemed that way to me - time is just flying by.  Of course, it
always does when something is late. Smiley

I vote for changing them - in this instance. It'll allow V4 & V5 to coexist peacefully (I hope) in the IDE.
