Malcolm,

<< Safely home now.  Missed all the snow. >>

If it makes you sad, you can have some of our left-over snow.   Our local
supermarket has a 100x200x30 ft. pile of snow in the parking lot.   Of
course, it's all brown now from the oil, etc., so it looks like a giant pile
of s**t. Smiley

Tim

No, I am happy for you to keep it. Smiley
I was just glad that I had an easy 4+ hour drive on dry roads on
Saturday night.  On Sunday we got snow in the afternoon/evening so if
my journey had been one day later it could have taken me 8 hours!

I think Tesco's must have come up with the same idea. I took my wife's aunt down to Inverness airport and in Tesco's there were a few twin cabs with open back filled up with snow. Looked like they'd done their shopping and were taking it home. Mind you this was nice clean snow.

I figured that you'd say that. Smiley

Yeah, the weather has been brutal this year, and it certainly makes any trip
of any distance a real pain if you get caught in the worst of it.

Wow, that's bizarre.  Now all we need to do is figure out how to cheaply get
the fresh snow from Buffalo to the UK, and we'll be rich, rich I say ! Smiley
