Uli Becker | Hi,
a timesaver in EDBManager (especially when experimenting with a new database) would be to check if there is an exclusive access to a table BEFORE making changes to it. Since the AlterTable-dialog e.g. is modal you have no chance to close any result-sets that prevent the exclusive access without leaving the dialog. So you have to close the dialog, confirm that you really want to cancel your changes ![]() Regards Uli |

Good idea. I'd suggest check first and offer the option of proceeding (the other user may not be EDBManager) Roy Lambert |
