If you're using the menus in EDBManager then when you click drop database you get first a confirmation prompt (answer is Yes) then a question asking if you want to keep the data (answer is No). If the data is still around there's a bug.

If you use the command "DROP DATABASE" then you have to specifically tell it to keep the data by adding KEEP CONTENTS otherwise it will all go. Again if it doesn't its a bug and should be reported along with the version of ElevateDB.

Sorin,

This is absolutely not correct, so you should check what you're doing and
make sure that you've got it right.  Perhaps you're mistaking the .old
versions of the table files for the table files themselves ?

As always you're correct.

Still the option to drop all the tables without droping the database can
help on some cases.
Thanks Sorin

There are lots of useful things on Tim's list - so it doesn't make sense
to ask for a one-click-solution that can already  be done by writing 2
lines of code.

Firstly I'd always leave that decision to Tim, whilst vigorously arguing for what I want naturally, but I'd also like to see two lines of code to drop all the tables but keep the database.
