Constants in SQL |

Roy Lambert NLH Associates Team Elevate | I'm just writing the table alteration logging triggers. I'll be storing the logging level (None, Field, Table) in my config table for each table that can have logging turned on and since I'm going to be testing these in each trigger I had a sudden thought that it would be rather nice to be able to define constants as we can do in Delphi.
If you like the idea and can figure out how to implement it I'd suggest at session, or even engine level. Roy Lambert |

It's something that I can look at when implementing the config-level procedures and functions. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
