# 198 Attempting a Near Search Using Hot Keys in a DBLookupListBox Results in Duplicate Entries
Try to search for a name in the listbox, pressing it's initial (for example hitting key 'g' on keyboard): You'll find that items in the listbox will duplicate when you try to search for first or second item. This does not happen with BDE.
