# 219 Installation Not Overwriting .DPL and .BPL Files Properly
I downloaded the new relesae and installed in to D4. I created a new table with the new system tool, but when I want to use it, I get an error 12035 'Incorrect version'. Any clues ? I attached the table files for you to check out.

Problem was with the install program not overwriting the .DPL and .BPL files for the Delphi 3 and Delphi 4 versions. The internal version numbers in the .DPL and .BPL files were not properly incremented from a prior release, so InstallShield did not overwrite them because it thought they were the same version.
