# 257 Filters with Comparisons Against Empty Strings or NULL Strings Not Working Properly

I tested the new version, but it seems that the problem of filters is always present.

For recall: TTable1.Filter := ' Sampling <> '' '

Comments

Problem was with non-optimized filters comparing against a NULL string (empty) only.

Resolution

Fixed Problem on 1/28/1999 in version 1.09 build 1
