# 479 Using ORDER BY With DESC Keyword Causes Incorrect Sorting for Non-English Language Settings

Try to use a ORDER BY ... DESC and you'll find strange results.... using DESC NOCASE the results are even stranger... I'm using the Italian (Standard) language driver in Windows.

Fixed Problem on 10/20/1999 in version 1.18 build 1
