# 494 BLOB Block Size Not Getting Changed Properly During a Restructure

I had noticed that your Transfer Utility didn't allow for setting of block size, so I had gone into restructure, changed from 512 to 64 (it allowed me to enter this in editbox) and clicked 'Save' assuming that it would restructure the BLB file (which it didn't as I just learned). Maybe restructure dialog should have that field disabled? Or am I missing something?
